The GSM plastic disposable static mixer is available in a 9.4mm diameter in 50% glass filled Nylon PA66 and Polypropylene construction. The GXP is used for difficult meter-mix-dispense applications. Standard plastic housings are available with 20 mixing elements. Also available are special high pressure plastic housings that hold 6 mixing elements with a maximum operating pressure of 100 bar. These plastic housings can be connected in series via ring fittings M18 x 1.5mm. 1. Made of PP+Nylon 2. The design of the mesh laminar flow mixing element makes AB glue mixing more evenly 3. Glue-dispensing is smooth, even and no waste 4. It can fit tightly with #ABCartridge, #CaulkingGun and #DispensingValve 5. The GSM static mixer has a special X-shaped structure, and its mixing efficiency is 3-10 times that of the commonly used spiral and square static mixer. It is especially suitable for solving the following problems that are difficult to solve with ordinary static mixing tubes: 1) A and B glue sticks Large difference in consistency 2) The mixing ratio of A and B glue is very different. 3) A and B glue has good fluidity Advantages: fast mixing, fast extrusion, not easy to block, saving glue, good glue mixing effect.
